of Cloud Infrastructure Service Providers. They must also endorse CISPE’s goals and develop collaborative initiatives to achieve these goals.

The members of the Association shall share the expenses of the Association by way of each member paying an annual subscription fee set by the General Assembly upon a proposal submitted by the Board of Directors. When proposing the annual subscription fee, the Board of Directors will consider the relative worldwide turnover of each member and its corporate group.

CISPE will not use the data for any other purposes, including commercial activities, without the Applicant's prior and specific written consent.

to pay the yearly contribution as established by the General Assembly from time to time;
that it accepts the CISPE Statutes and any Regulation (such as the By-Laws) or other rules and resolutions as adopted by the General Assembly in accordance with the CISPE Statutes;
that confirm that he/she is authorised to formally represent the company/organisation, including the power to represent it in all meetings of the General Assembly, and have read and agree with the CISPE Statutes;
that it gives its prior written consent to be added as a user in CISPE online collaboration tool and to the general mailing list to receive membership information.
